Additional 5% value added tax (VAT) will be applicable on all fees.
Cancellation / Substitution Policy:
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be very welcome
in your place. If this is not suitable, a 20% administration fee will
apply. Registrations cancelled less than two weeks before the event are
non-refundable.

Important Note:
All expatriates travelling to the UAE must present a negative result of a PCR test at the departure airport. This test should have been conducted within 72 hours before travelling to the UAE.
If you are outside UAE and you can’t attend the event in person due to covid-19 health and safety requirements or travel restrictions, you can change your registration and attend virtually without risking health and safety (travel).
