Call For Abstract
The Scientific Committee of the VPS Healthcare 9th International Oncology Conference has issued a call for abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The meeting will be held on December 16-17, 2021 as a hybrid conference at the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The 9th International Oncology Conference features state-of-the-art advances in cancer care and research delivered through an expert panel of local and international faculty with decades of experience at leading oncology centers. The theme for this year promotes individualized patient care and precision medicine across the entire patient journey. The event will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn, debate, and network with peers in this very active scientific field where recent progress has led to improvements in patient outcomes. The specific objectives of the meeting are to:
- Review progress in the management of various cancer indications through the eye of precision medicine
- Link evidence to real-life practice through interactive patient cases presented by multidisciplinary teams
- Highlight areas of controversies through scientific debates and best-practice sharing
- Discuss the roadmap for optimizing regional research productivity and establishment of collaborative networks

ABSTRACT REVIEW AND DECISION
- The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts and notify the presenting author of the decision by October 1st, 2021
- Accepted abstracts will be assigned as Poster or Oral presentation, and further instructions will be shared for preparation
- Poster / Oral presenters will get complimentary registration for the day he/she is scheduled to present at the conference and will receive a certificate of appreciation
