Anders is a senior nurse with 30 years experience in the Norwegian healthcare system.
He has been a leading figure in the WMTY movement inspiring action all over the world. Anders held the first ever national WMTY day in Norway in 2014, a practice that initially spread to Scotland and then on to more than 50 countries and more than 2000 healthcare teams in 2021.
He also leads a national collaborative in Norway to redesign care pathways for older people and people with long term conditions.

As Chief Quality Officer, he established the Quality Academy wherein 37,000 colleagues were certified as Fellows during his tenure. As Department Chair, he and his team used their Value Creation System to improve the welfare of both patients and professionals.
Dr. Swensen is a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, where his focus is Joy in Work. He serves on the Board of Directors for M Health Fairview.
A full professor, he was Principal Investigator of two National Institutes of Health grants and has authored three books and 207 articles. He was honored with the Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award, served as the president of two international societies and founded the Big Sky Group. He holds a Masters of Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Stephen has been married for 44 years, has two children, and has completed 39 marathons.

Fiona Allinson is a deputy chief inspector of hospitals in the central region within CQC. She has previously been a Head of Hospital Inspection since 2013 in the Midlands and East of England regions.
She has led many inspections of NHS trusts and in the independent sector. Fiona has been in regulation for many years. Prior to this Fiona was a nurse across NHS and private services including theatres, intensive care and emergency services. She was lucky enough to return to critical care in the first wave of the pandemic which tested her knowledge base.
Within CQC she leads on independent health and urgent and emergency care services. In 2019 she came to Abu Dhabi to meet with the Department of Health staff and was able to tour a number of hospitals in Abu Dhabi. It was a valuable experience to see the health care provided in another country.

Richard "Chip" Davis, Ph.D., Ed.M., joined Henry Ford Health System in November 2018 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the System’s Southeast Michigan South market and Henry Ford Hospital. He
is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction over the entire clinical and financial operations of the market leading new clinical, academic and commercial partnerships. The South Market includes nearly 60 care locations including two hospitals; $2 billion in patient revenue; 250,000 annual Emergency Department patient visits; and nearly 50,000 inpatient admissions annually.
Prior to joining Henry Ford, Davis served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington D.C., a not-for-profit hospital within Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM), where he led several transformational efforts for both the hospital and organization. He established the hospital’s Innovation Hub, the first of its kind healthcare improvement accelerator in a community hospital. He founded JHM’s Center for Innovation, now known as the Armstrong
Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. He also created a nationally trademarked hospital-based program for process improvement training, which resulted in the highest annual safety and quality scores within the JHM hospital group and thousands of certifications nationwide.
Davis’ career with Johns Hopkins Medicine spanned more than 25 years. His previous roles include vice president of Innovation and Patient Safety and executive director for Johns Hopkins Health System’s access services, ambulatory operations and operations integration. Davis has also served as a national consultant, advising health systems and community hospitals on operational efficiency and quality improvements, innovation and patient safety programs, medical staff relations and culture change.
He was recently chosen by Washington Life Magazine among the "Power 100 - Most Influential People in Washington DC” and has also been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the “300 US and Health System Leaders to Know.”
Davis, originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, received his Ph.D. in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University in 1993. He also has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
