• The above room rates are quoted in AED and are per room per night.
• The rates are per room per night and are subject to 10% service charge, 6% tourism fee, 4% municipality fee and AED 15 municipality fee per room per night.
• The above room rates are valid from 17th-19th October 2018.
• Please report your booking request latest by 17th September 2018  to avail of the above mentioned special rate, after which all rooms held for the above conference, will be released.  
• Bookings reported after the above said date, Rooms/Room Rates are subject to availability.
• Room bookings are paid for by the individual guests without any guarantee from MENA Conference.

• Any changes on taxes will be automatically applied without prior notice
• Should the above number of rooms or length of stay alter, this will impact on the rates offered. The rates might change and we would be delighted to provide a revised quotation
• Rates and number of rooms are subject to availability by the time of confirmation. Should you wish to secure these requirements, please notify the hotel at your earliest convenience to ensure availability
• Room type will be a mix between King and Twin based on availability (Hotel’s decision).
• Check-in hours is from 15:00H onwards, check-out time is prior to 12:00H

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Room bookings are paid for by the individual guests without any guarantee from MENA Conference.
• The cut-off date is set for 17 September 2018 for making a hotel reservation and the conference rate is based on the availability and the group release dates.
