Dear Friends and Colleagues
It is great to collaborate with the ISHID in the upcoming 9th International Pediatric Congress for Hypospadias & Disorder of Sex Development (ISHID) in association with World Federation of Associations of Pediatric Surgeons (WOFAPS) in Abu Dhabi. One of the targets of the WOFAPS is to collaborate with national and international organizations dedicated for research and improvement of care in Pediatric surgery. The ISHID is such a perfect example having focused on the very important specialty of hypospadias and disorders of sex development serving to improve the care and quality of life of patients around the world.
The WOFAPS tradition is to join regional area meeting and other international organizations two times each year and ensure fair geographical distribution to help improve the care and welfare of children around the world. This comes through the high level scientific exchange with world top level experts in different fields of pediatric surgery.
This year scientific program is very rich and contains contributions from experts both from ISHID and WOFAPS, I encourage colleagues with interest in this very important subject including pediatricians, pediatric surgeons , endocrinologists, and child psychiatrists to attend the congress.
I wish you all a very enriching scientific gathering together with nice social interaction and networking with colleagues from different parts of the world in the wonderful city of Abu Dhabi.
