Disclaimer: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend, modify, or adjust the event program as deemed necessary in response to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost. Should substitution not be possible, cancellations will incur a 20% administrative fee. Please note that cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable.

Important Notice: Medical students must present a valid student ID upon registration to confirm eligibility for the applicable registration category. Failure to present a valid ID will result in the cancellation of the discounted registration, and any fees paid will be refunded accordingly.

Note: An additional 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to all fees.
